Chief consultant Simon Greenleaf has obtained extensive experience in the global wine industry since 1990.
Simon has worked in over ten different wineries in four different countries including Spain, Chile, France and Australia adding up to over 15 vintages in as many years.
Trained at Charles Sturt University as well as holding a bachelor of arts in philosophy, Simon has worked for companies such as Petaluma, Prestavin, Tatachilla, Red Hill Estate, Santa Rita and Bodegas Borsao.
All overseas vintages were worked as a consultant under the direction of chief consulting winemaker Jean-Marc Lafage. In addition Simon is a member of the Adelaide Hills Wine Region Inc as a local grower and has established his own label with Petaluma winemaker Will Finlayson (Cloudbreak Wines) which is made from the Greenleaf & Finlayson Vineyard located in Balhannah.
