Willmes Central Juice Extraction UP3000.

Short juice flows. Gentle pressure. Top-quality juice.  
The advantages of central juice extraction are obvious: The juice is taken away in the must where it is formed. The short distances the juice flows in combination with a highly rugged membrane lining the whole of the inside of the container mean that the must is completely surrounded and is pressed from the outside in. This in turn means that only minimum pressure is required, so the juice is gently extracted from the harvested grapes. Furthermore, presses with central juice extraction systems also bring together the advantages of all pneumatic press systems, without any of their disadvantages, i.e. static pressing is no problem whatsoever. Speedy and gentle pressing with short juice flows considerably reduces the oxidation of the must. The must cake, pear-shaped in section, provides optimized self-filtration.

Juice can be discharged during the entire filling process. Everything can be pressed, from minimum quantities to the most difficult pressing material. With fewer rotations required the amount of cloudiness in the juice is minimal, hence less reprocessing is required.
